Whoaaa, wait a minute Mr. Postman!! My new blue suede shoes, well, they aren’t exactly blue suede. I had this on my list of goals, seems kind of cheesy to have a pair of shoes on my dry erase board of goals set for myself, but it brings me to my next point.

At the beginning of the semester I made a few plans, desires, and goals for myself. Some personal, some major, and some (like the shoes) menial. A few happened to be to become a mentor in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program, make all A’s this semester, save up a certain amount of money, change majors, and a few other things. I am proud to say that majority of the things I had set out for myself I have accomplished and last night I found myself at a stand still and I could not quite figure out why until this morning when I realized there was very little left on my list.

Nothing like that feeling of accomplishing obstacles you set out for yourself. Yet, that’s the thing about success…..it’s continuous.

You have this idea when your younger of being successful when you grow up but as humans we are never satisfied with what we want, take success…we accomplish a goal and create another. So, here I am…a few steps closer to setting some new goals. Wonder what I should set out for next…
