Blueberry-Banana:
- 1/2 Sliced Banana
- Handful of blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk, soy milk, etc.
- Capful of vanilla extract
- Pinch of Oats (optional)
- 2 Medium sized ice cubes
- Whatever protein you desire, in this case Serious Mass
These measurements are based on a personal blender, you can get one here and they’re pretty cheap & handy. If you have a flavor that isn’t as versitile as vanilla or unflavored (cringes) then mix it up! Got chocolate?? Add ice cream or quick mix chocolate. The possibilities are endless.
Note: No, I don’t garnish all of my fucking smoothies with fruit damn it. It’s just aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
